About the Role

CetraRuddy, a leading global architecture, planning, and interior design firm, is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. As a Task Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, working closely with our Project Manager and Project Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Oversee the work of others, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Interface with clients, coordinating and communicating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop design and production work exclusively in Revit, with proficiency in Enscape, Bluebeam, Indesign, and Photoshop.
  • Stay up-to-date with building codes, zoning regulations, and jurisdictional processes, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop CD Sets, demonstrating expertise in detailing and consultant coordination.
  • Contribute to the culture of the studio, actively participating in design discussions and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
  • Professional Architecture Degree (Masters preferred but not required)
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Licensure a plus, but not necessarily a requirement
  • Demonstrated strength of technical knowledge and design sensibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM documentation tools, including Revit and the Adobe Suite
  • Demonstrated experience developing CD Sets, including detailing ability and coordination of consultants
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in the culture of the studio
