We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our retail banking team in Colorado Springs.
As a key member of Adams Bank and Trust, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all retail service delivery and daily operations of a branch banking location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all bank and regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of retail banking and a commitment to excellence.
- Coach and develop direct report employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with multiple departments and team members, driving business results through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
