Job Title: Business Banking Sales Manager

Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Sales Manager to join our team. As a Business Banking Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of business bankers responsible for selling assigned credit union products and services to businesses in a specified geographic region or Mid-Market revenue segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of business bankers to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Recruit, retain, and coach business bankers to ensure individual production goals are met
  • Collaborate with the Director to establish sales and budget goals and develop market objectives and strategies
  • Develop revenue, volume, and market share objectives for assigned business bankers and market area
  • Assist in administering the annual budget for assigned area
  • Partner with key individuals in the credit union to develop, communicate, and implement the sales strategy to meet/exceed business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years' combined experience in financial services, including 5+ years' direct experience selling business banking products and services, 5+ years' development of business relationships within the financial industry, and 3+ years' management/team leadership experience
  • Proven leadership skills, including sustained development, influencing, mentoring, delivering feedback, planning, and coaching in a financial institution environment
  • Familiarity with supervisory skills and best practices
  • Strong command of business banking practices
  • Ability to acquire business members through traditional means, including cold calling, prospecting, nurturing, and business development
  • Knowledge of credit union products/services, credit union operations, and current market trends
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently
  • Business relationship management, including retention and expansion of business services and products, and networking activities
  • Knowledge of sales and sales strategies
  • Working knowledge of commercial/small businesses
  • Relationship management, including influencing, advisory, and acquisition skills
  • Problem-solving, including superior problem-solving skills
  • Communication, including superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making and managing the member experience with credit union regulations and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of business economics and banking
  • Working knowledge of commercial/small business typical processes and procedures
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Additional Information:

The pay range for this position is $90,126 to $118,285 per year. Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors, including relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
