Position Summary:
As a Lead Behavioral Intervention Specialist, you will be instrumental in supervising and directing the provision of Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services. Your role will ensure that children with autism and related conditions receive exceptional care through tailored, evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Management: Oversee and guide a team of behavioral therapists in the delivery of EIDBI services.
- Clinical Direction: Lead the execution of treatment strategies grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other validated methodologies.
- Assessment and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive assessments to create customized treatment plans that address each child's unique developmental and behavioral requirements.
- Training and Mentorship: Offer training, guidance, and continuous support to behavioral therapists to enhance their competencies and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Documentation and Analysis: Ensure precise and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and results. Generate detailed reports for internal evaluation and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Quality Control: Monitor service delivery to guarantee compliance with state regulations, organizational policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Family and Caregiver Engagement: Provide support and resources to families and caregivers on implementing strategies and interventions in home and community settings.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed physician, advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), developmental or behavioral pediatrician, or licensed mental health professional.
- Possess a valid QSP license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering behavioral interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of EIDBI services, ABA principles, and other evidence-based practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
