Position Overview

We are in search of a licensed Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker

Location: Pickaway County, OH

This position includes a sign-on bonus of $5,000

Role Focus: Intensive Home-Based Treatment

Are you dedicated to supporting children and families? Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is looking for empathetic and committed professionals who aim to empower youth and families through sustainable, strength-based behavioral changes.

As part of this role, you will receive continuous training in Intensive Home-Based Treatment and Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST), collaborating with families, youth, their communities, and essential stakeholders to implement the I-FAST model effectively.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 annually, depending on licensure and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical services utilizing the IHBT/I-FAST model, emphasizing strengths and positive reinforcement while understanding behavioral patterns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families to gather insights on concerns and strengths, informing treatment strategies.
  • Engage with families to identify cultural factors that influence their dynamics, ensuring effective participation in treatment.
  • Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs identified.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with community resources to address the unique needs of each family.
  • Actively involve primary caregivers, family members, and community agency staff in treatment processes.
  • Commit to regular case planning and evaluation, with ongoing support from supervisors and colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, supervision, and training to enhance clinical skills within the I-FAST framework.
  • Work in collaboration with the team to ensure clients have access to support around the clock.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, engage in program evaluation, and attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
  • Meet productivity standards set by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must fulfill licensure requirements as specified by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for providing services to youth and families.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and awareness.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of community engagement strategies.
  • Experience with individuals and families with multiple needs.
  • Familiarity with community service systems.
  • Willingness to engage in cross-systems team-building initiatives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a digital, automated office environment.
