The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Transactions: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Guest Services: Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory responsibility is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor; ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
