Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and ensure a warm and welcoming experience
  • Make and modify reservations, including handling room assignments and rate quotes
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, both prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
