Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties.
Responsibilities- Register guests and ensure a warm and welcoming experience
- Make and modify reservations, including handling room assignments and rate quotes
- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, both prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field is helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.50-$22.32/hour
