Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to provide leadership and direction for geographic location(s) or specific market sector(s) over a broader geographic area. The successful candidate will cultivate prospects, negotiate contracts, and promote the Company's expertise and successful past performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new and ongoing business development endeavors
  • Provide business development leadership and direction for geographic location(s) or specific market sector(s)
  • Negotiate contracts and promote the Company's expertise and successful past performance
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Normally requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business (or equivalent)
  • At least 6-10 years of diversified experience
  • In lieu of this, 10+ years of experience across the industry
  • Experience across the Aerospace sector is required
