Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wine Club & Membership Specialist to join our dynamic team at Perfect Timing Personnel Services, Inc. in Sonoma or Napa. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to wine club members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including emails, phone calls, in-person interactions, and SMS messages.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all wine clubs and promotions to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support Ecommerce promotions and increased call volumes during campaigns, ensuring seamless operations and member communication.
  • Collaborate with Hospitality Centers to ensure timely communication with customers and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain communication boards and support member events as needed.
  • Utilize Service Cloud CRM to ensure smooth operations and member communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and flexible work environment, adapting to operational shifts and changes.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in membership services or customer service roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Wine knowledge and passion for the wine industry are a plus, but not required.
