Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Corporate Partnership Scouting: Drive the top of funnel sales process for partnership engagements with medium to large corporations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • B2B Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify target industries and companies, develop strategies to attract high-quality business leads through channels such as LinkedIn, industry conferences, webinars, etc., and implement advanced tools and techniques for capturing and qualifying leads.
  • Pipeline and Relationship Management: Oversee the progression of leads through the B2B sales funnel, from initial contact to handover to Partnerships team mid-funnel.
  • Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to meticulously track interactions, manage follow-ups, and analyze organizational behavior.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized campaigns to nurture and build strong relationships and guide prospects toward a purchasing decision.
  • Conversion Optimization and Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the partnerships team to create compelling value propositions tailored to prospective partner business priorities and needs. Analyze funnel performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize each stage of the funnel.
  • Market Insight and Positioning: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies and enhance Greentown Collaborative Inc's positioning.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of successfully selling complex products or partnerships to large corporations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze market opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Climate Passion: Genuine interest in climate with a commitment to driving positive impact through corporate partnerships.
  • Results-driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Strong team player with experience working cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive solutions and achieve shared objectives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
