Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
