Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at La Quinta Boston - Somerville. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
