Highgate Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- College course work in a related field is a plus
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
