Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient Registered Nurse II specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support within a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer care to patients recovering from surgery and facilitate their discharge process.
  • Conduct thorough medication reconciliation with patients and deliver discharge instructions to their designated caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures while performing patient care and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling all patient information, being mindful of privacy protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
  • Certification in CPR, ACLS, or PALS is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience in PACU, SICU, or CV ICU settings is essential.
  • Certification as a Post Anesthesia Nurse or Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse is required.
