United Surgical Partners is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Preoperative and PACU services to enhance our team. Our facility is equipped with 5 Operating Rooms and 3 Treatment Rooms, specializing in a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including ENT, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.
Work Schedule:
We require candidates to be available Monday through Friday, with schedules subject to adjustments based on surgical demands and daily workflow. Flexibility for early morning and late evening shifts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
The RN in Preoperative and PACU will deliver high-quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process, adhering to the medical plan of care, and following organizational protocols. This role involves:
- Providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care across all perioperative services.
- Supporting the mission, vision, and values of United Surgical Partners.
- Reporting directly to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU or ICU settings.
Compliance:
United Surgical Partners adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding workforce vaccination mandates. Candidates offered this position must provide proof of vaccination or secure an approved exemption prior to commencement of employment. If exempted, regular testing will be required in accordance with applicable laws.
