Job Overview

As a Training Instructor at Chicken Salad Chick, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to franchise owners, restaurant leaders, and managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions to develop participants' skills in operational support platforms and Brand standards.
  • Schedule and conduct classroom, in-restaurant, and virtual learning sessions.
  • Establish open lines of communication with franchise owners and restaurant leaders to provide performance feedback.
  • Continuously improve training methods, materials, and delivery.
  • Order training materials and supplies.
  • Assist with Company initiatives and provide operational support when needed.
  • Operate within the established department budget.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant management experience desired.
  • Other: Must be able to travel locally; must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia; must be able to demonstrate the Chicken Salad Chick culture.
  • Key Competencies: Excellent presentation skills, excellent writing skills, organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
