Job Summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a highly skilled DC Power Equipment Installer to join our team in Portland, ME. As a DC Power Equipment Installer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining DC power equipment, including the addition and removal of circuits on working live power distribution. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and maintain DC power equipment, including the addition and removal of circuits on working live power distribution
  • Work with the lead installer to execute sales transactions that address and provide product/applications solutions to complex business issues
  • Perform work operations on working equipment or circuits with direct supervision from the lead installer
  • Assist in the addition or removal of telecom batteries
  • Assist the lead installer in performing equipment testing and turn-up
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections
  • Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in DC power equipment installation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of the addition or removal of wiring and connections on non-equipment on DC power equipment or addition or removal of telecom batteries
  • Valid driver's license required
