Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and process applications, renewals, and cancellations for agent/broker licenses.

2. Implement changes in licensing requirements in accordance with new laws, regulations, or company policies.

3. Maintain databases and relevant background information for assigned states and operations.

4. Update and distribute manuals detailing licensing and appointment requirements and procedures.

5. Provide guidance to employees, agents, and brokers regarding licensing processes and requirements, including submitting forms and fees to regulatory agencies.

6. Assist in the review and interpretation of licensing laws and regulations.

7. Serve as a liaison between licensing and internal customers regarding license-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of office administrative or customer service experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.

  • Proficiency in operating a personal computer with relevant business software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for customer engagement.
