The Laboratory Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring operational and technical accuracy in preanalytical, analytical, and post-analytical procedures in specific laboratory departments. This role does not involve bench work. The Coordinator will provide technical expertise to bench-level staff, review procedure updates, evaluate work processes, and assist in meeting accreditation and compliance standards.
