Job Summary:

As a Program Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest, you will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to assist participants in increasing their independence. You will manage and provide supervision for assigned staff to complete program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement approved proposals for new services.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with participants, referral agencies, community partners, and all team members.
  • Submit data and participate in analysis to support the continuous improvement outcome reporting system.
  • Provide supervision and leadership to assigned staff.
  • Facilitate a person-centered planning approach, which encourages independence and participant voice of each individual served.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Medicaid experience required.
  • Valid driver's license with personal auto insurance and pass background and driver record check.
