Custodian Area Support Specialist

To perform custodial duties as required by district standards, maintaining the cleanliness and safe conditions of a school environment. This includes performing diversified tasks each day, operating custodial power equipment, and assisting in moving equipment and furniture as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of custodial equipment, supplies, and proper cleaning procedures
- Valid Arizona driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and follow directions
- Ability to work at a variety of school sites on a daily basis as needed
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor as required
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan day's workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with staff members
- Satisfactory work record
- High School education or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
