Your Role as a Residential Sales Advisor
The Residential Sales Advisor is tasked with overseeing the home purchasing journey from the first interaction with customers to the final closing, with the goal of ensuring a thoroughly satisfied customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and build relationships with potential buyers to identify their housing needs, applying the company's sales philosophy.
- Proactively generate sales leads through community involvement, partnerships with realtors, and strategic outreach.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community attributes, and target demographics.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial engagement through to post-closing, ensuring accurate records of interactions.

- Oversee the upkeep of model homes and available inventory.
- Participate in required training sessions and community outreach events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the homebuilding or real estate sector is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking software.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook and a strong work ethic.
