As a Jewelry Insurance Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential clients, providing tailored insurance solutions for their valuable jewelry pieces through both inbound and outbound communication in our dedicated contact center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide an outstanding customer sales experience by leveraging your knowledge of Jewelers Mutual and our offerings, ensuring we stand out in the marketplace.
2. Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, delivering customized quotes and coverage options for jewelry insurance via inbound calls.
3. Utilize various communication channels to connect with new and potential clients.
4. Efficiently manage customer interactions using dual screens and multiple software applications.
5. Consistently meet customer sales performance metrics.
6. Engage in additional project work as needed.
7. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as part of your employment obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

SKILLS:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service by providing timely follow-ups and taking ownership of each inquiry.
- Possess a strong curiosity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to overcome objections and successfully close sales.
- Exhibit accuracy, quality, and teamwork.
- Embrace change and foster a positive work atmosphere while engaging in continuous learning.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must obtain a Property/Casualty Insurance Agent License within 30 days of hire.
- Physical demands include prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking.
