Job Overview

We are in search of dynamic individuals to join our growing organization. We are currently looking for a driven and target-oriented person to take on the role of Healthcare Solutions Consultant within our sales division. As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, your primary duty will be to assist prospective clients in identifying the most appropriate products tailored to their unique requirements. Furthermore, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with clients. This role provides significant opportunities for career progression and is based on performance metrics.

In the capacity of a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you will have the chance to positively influence individuals' lives. By working closely with self-employed professionals, small business proprietors, and individuals nationwide, you will aid them in accessing innovative and cost-effective business and benefit solutions.

The Healthcare Solutions Consultant role entails virtual consultations with potential clients, generally conducted via platforms such as Zoom, Meets, or similar technologies. Our clientele is actively exploring alternative benefits options or seeking to acquire new ones. Given the current socio-economic landscape, there is a heightened demand for our offerings, resulting in rapid growth within our organization.

This is a full-time, office-based role, and options for remote work or telecommuting are not available at this time. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a prerequisite for all candidates.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes weekly commissions, bonuses on a weekly and monthly basis, quarterly incentives, annual bonuses, and additional rewards, leading to a First Year OTE of $100,000+ (Salary + Commission + Bonus).

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Openness to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Resilience to manage rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong ethical standards, with zero tolerance for high-pressure tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our CRM systems to monitor and follow up on new leads and opportunities.
  • Deliver product and service presentations to prospective clients and successfully finalize sales.
  • Foster lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
