Studio Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Operations Manager to join our team at Harvard University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital studio, ensuring that staff have the tools and resources needed to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Infrastructure and Emerging Technologies to prioritize studio work and align it with departmental goals and broad institutional goals.
- Work with the Digital Imaging and Visual Resources Coordinator to schedule studio activities and ensure they align with department and museum priorities.
- Track and analyze production-related statistics to effectively manage and refine workflow and staffing assignments.
- Consult and collaborate with museum colleagues to ensure effective working relationships and alignment of priorities and schedules.
- Oversee the upkeep of DIVR studios and maintain current knowledge of best practices in the field.
- Develop and plan the DIVR budget in collaboration with the Director of DIET and DIET Staff Assistant.
- Supervise DIVR staff, including photographers, post-production developers, and coordinators.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of digital imaging and visual resources technologies.
- Experience in budget planning and management.
