About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our studio.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their fitness goals and preferences to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our fitness programs, including our unique science-based approach and technology-driven workouts.
  • Work collaboratively with our training team to deliver high-quality workouts and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Assist with studio operations, including front desk duties, phone support, and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and programs to the local community.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of our studio, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for members and guests.
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
