We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our Premier and Strategic tier customer account teams at Teradata. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to achieve quarterly sales targets and forecast accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, customer decision makers, and IT departments to understand their key business initiatives and technology stacks.
- Articulate the value of Teradata solutions and build a sound business case to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Teradata products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A successful track record in closing sales, lead conversion, and business development.
- Experience with CRM applications and a willingness to pursue multiple contacts in support of common sales strategies.
- Prior experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus.
