Job Title: Office Clerk - Administrative Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our financial team as an Office Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones and responding to inquiries
- Distributing mail and maintaining company files
- Recording minutes and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Providing administrative support to the financial team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
- Proficiency with MS Office and Coupa experience a plus
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
