Sintia Solis Law Firm PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a vital role in representing our clients in various legal matters.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned attorney with a proven track record of success in litigation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the law and be able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and judges. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of paralegals, administrative assistants, and other support staff in connection with case preparation, client communication, and document management.

  • Identify potential conflicts and develop effective case strategies with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Represent clients in court, argue motions, and engage in other legal proceedings as necessary.

  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, law clerks, and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, pleadings, and correspondence, to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and at least 2 years of experience in litigation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software applications.

  • Active membership in the local bar association.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm environment.
