Business Development Associate

AGI Fresno is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to drive field sales and business development efforts, helping to expand our client's reach and meet customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture positive relationships with team members, clients, and customers to ensure a smooth acquisition process, boost productivity, and surpass sales goals.
- Engage directly with consumers within your market while executing sales and development strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and implement new strategies tailored to your territory.
- Create personal performance reports to track progress and identify areas where additional coaching or training may be needed.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities and take on additional duties as required.
- Effectively communicate with the sales team and account managers to discuss new campaigns and deliver business updates.
- Exciting travel opportunities

- Comprehensive training with a Branch Manager
- Full-time position with guaranteed 40+ hours per week
- A college degree is preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Experience in customer service or related fields
- A positive, goal-driven attitude focused on delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Team-player mentality with a desire to contribute to a collaborative work environment
