Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will work under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager, overseeing the coordination and assignment of all divisional activities related to maintenance and facility operations. This includes ensuring adherence to timing schedules and trades regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and assign maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance technical group and production planning to coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly PM assignments, conduct follow-up, and monitor PM schedules.
- Conduct daily communication meetings with maintenance personnel.
- Assist with repair, modification, and installation activities with other maintenance personnel.
- Participate in manpower requirements planning, overtime scheduling, and assist with capacity planning to meet future objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in automotive manufacturing operations with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Highly knowledgeable in Robotics (Fanuc), PLC (Allen Bradley), and electrical systems.
- Highly knowledgeable in mechanical and machining principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing operation systems (ERP, MES, Preventive Maintenance, etc.).
- Attention to detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with other team members.
- Strong math skills with the ability to apply to costs and analyze data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.

- Assists in the development of procedures and methods which improve Safety, Quality, Timing, Cost, and Motivation.
