REGISTERED NURSE (RN), INPATIENT REHABILITATION


As a registered nurse at Encompass Health, you will harness the full range of your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience every day.

Inspire our patients to progress daily as you:

  • Assist patients by overseeing care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing tailored care plans, addressing patient concerns, and providing optimal solutions.
  • Approach each patient with a deep sense of empathy, attentively listening to their personal narratives, and understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Witness patients' progress due to the collective efforts of you and your team each day, fostering rewarding relationships during stays that typically last from two to four weeks.
  • Dedicate each day to helping individuals regain control of their lives with the ultimate goal of transitioning from the hospital back to their communities, families, and friends.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations is required.
  • CPR certification is mandatory (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
