As a registered nurse at Encompass Health, you will harness the full extent of your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience on a daily basis.
- Assist patients by overseeing care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, and providing optimal solutions.
- Approach each patient with a strong sense of empathy, attentively listening to their personal narratives and understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Witness patients' progress due to the collective efforts of you and your team, building rewarding relationships during stays that typically last from two to four weeks.
- Dedicate each day to helping individuals regain control of their lives with the ultimate goal of transitioning from the hospital back to their communities, families, and friends.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations is required.
- CPR certification is mandatory (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is advantageous.
- One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
