Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will apply your full range of knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience daily. Inspire our patients to progress each day as you:

  • Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, create tailored care plans, address patient concerns, and provide optimal solutions.
  • Approach each patient with deep empathy, attentively listen to their stories, and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Witness patient progress due to the collective efforts of you and your team, forming rewarding relationships during their two to four-week stays.
  • Dedicate each day to helping individuals regain control of their lives, aiming for their discharge and reintegration into their communities.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations is required.
  • CPR certification is mandatory (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
