Operational Management:

  • Collaborate with owners to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make strategic decisions based on financial data to improve profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, diversification, and expansion while minimizing financial risks.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities for growth (acquisition or home service industry segments).
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional distributors.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating as a General Manager or similar executive role within the service industry (HVAC industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of small business finance and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Master Technician license.
