Job Description

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests while representing FPI.
  • Employee Management: Develop and manage the site team members; including participating in the hiring, training and evaluation of employees.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations.
  • Revenue Management: Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnover.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • May Require a Valid Driver's License, as well as: a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet).
