Job Title: Regulatory Examination Coordinator

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Examination Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Global Financial Crimes (GFC) team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and project managing various regulatory examinations and audits related to the Firm's Bank Secrecy Act program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory examination requests and internal audit requests, working closely with the Regulatory Relations Group (RRG) and Regulatory and Audit Counsel to identify subject matter experts and provide responsive materials.
  • Calendaring meetings to review regulatory/audit examination requests, coordinate subject matter experts, assign topic ownership, establish internal deadlines, and status check-ins.
  • Coordinate the creation of presentation materials and talking points for regulatory/audit presentations, working with Regulatory and Audit Counsel to identify subject matter experts and provide substance for presentation materials.
  • Track regulatory examinations and audits, maintaining a regulatory and audit tracker and communicating with stakeholders whose tracker items are at risk of being overdue.
  • Assist with drafting regulatory and audit updates for committee and monthly metrics reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years paralegal experience, preferably at a major law firm/investment bank, with focus on regulatory examinations and/or internal audit examinations.
  • Project Management experience and skills are preferred.
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills operating Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting platforms or software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team player, with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume matters.
