We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing the overall strategy for regulatory engagement and enterprise-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Global Regulatory Relations and Front Line Unit/Control Function to manage regulatory examinations, inquiries, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute enterprise-wide standards and ensure consistent exam practices.
  • Support regulatory exams to ensure timely response to inquiries, successful execution, and reduction of risk exposure.
  • Maintain quality records and documentation throughout the regulatory lifecycle.
  • Support critical logistics, including building and systems access, site and room reservations, and delivery of examination evidence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, enterprise-wide role, managing regulator activities, project management, or a combination of each.
  • Experience planning and supporting large-scale projects.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects to conclusion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, prioritize workflow, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
