Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and provide prompt technical support.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows systems and applications.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on intricate technical challenges.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical personnel.

  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune is a plus but not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in computer science or a related field, along with six months of experience in using computer equipment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
