Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our Pharmacy Director and management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include gathering electronic records requests, entering data into databases, typing reports and memos, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather electronic records requests from clients and enter data into databases.
- Type reports, memos, and correspondence as directed.
- Distribute mail to appropriate personnel and scan accounts payable into the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, reordering supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; previous office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt to diverse customer base.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Proficient in computer and typing skills with ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously.
- Excel knowledge a plus.
