Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Business Development Manager

At DWFritz, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manufacturing Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities for our contract manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their requirements and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present customized proposals that meet clients' manufacturing needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in contract manufacturing or a related industry
  • Proven track record of success in building a territory and driving sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes, industry standards, and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
