Job Summary:

The Community Liaison is a key role within UHS, responsible for fostering positive relationships with referring sources and driving new business to achieve the hospital's business development strategic plan.

This position requires a strong understanding of business development strategies, healthcare marketing, and customer-oriented sales techniques. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of two years' experience in healthcare marketing or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase referrals and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Collaborate with the hospital's marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as behavioral health, marketing, or business administration
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare marketing or sales
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies, healthcare marketing, and customer-oriented sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
