About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Processing Associate Team as a Mailroom Associate. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, image, and document files and archives by form type
  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
  • Scan and operate scanning machines to rescan mail, making it legible for review
  • Deliver and collect all mail and place it into the correct locations
  • Assist in driving to the postal service to pick up mail, when required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keyboarding and software proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
