We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Processing Associate Team as a Mailroom Associate. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom processes.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, image, and document files and archives by form type
- Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
- Scan and operate scanning machines to rescan mail, making it legible for review
- Deliver and collect all mail and place it into the correct locations
- Assist in driving to the postal service to pick up mail, when required
- Excellent communication skills
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
