About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Experience Developer to join our team at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning experiences that support our mission of changing the world through education.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional technology and design, with experience in developing digital content for various learning management systems. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse community of learners
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify solutions to increase interactivity of digital content and implement selected solutions for on-campus, online, and blended courses
  • Provide technical and pedagogical support for the design and development of engaging, caring, humanizing, inclusive, and active learning experiences via various modes of delivery
  • Maintain documentation and provide technology training and support to ensure seamless integration of digital content into the learning management system
