Job Overview

Axiom Learning, a pioneer in education technology, seeks an exceptional Software Engineer - Education Technology to lead the development and maintenance of our assessment and curricula products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack web development and experience working with Python, PostgreSQL, HTML/CSS/JS. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and driving the development of new features.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the development lifecycle for our assessment and curricula products
  • Address bugs, glitches, and feature fixes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap
  • Build new features, ensuring scalability, user-friendly design, and seamless integration
  • Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with education standards and regulations
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a full-stack web developer with proficiency in front-end and back-end development
  • Strong experience with database design & management, REST API integrations, and cloud-based deployment
  • Familiarity with the education technology space is a plus but not required
Compensation

$82,500 per year, commensurate with experience
