Position: Sales Executive - B2B - HVAC - Uncapped Commission (15%) - Car Allowance - REMOTE


Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure profitable business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Establish and nurture positive business relationships with potential clients to drive new business for our products and services.
  • Conduct telephone outreach and in-person presentations to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Engage with customer leads through cold calling, networking, and professional platforms.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new offerings.
  • Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends in the construction industry.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from initial planning to successful closure.
  • Experience in crafting client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Strong background in cold calling, business development, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a successful sales track record.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, including market trends and sales dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
