About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Manufacturing industry team as a Client Partner. This role will focus on growing the Slalom brand within our Manufacturing clients and sector, while managing our largest and strategic accounts across the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead opportunities within our managed accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of the Manufacturing vertical and its market structure.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans to drive new sales and account growth, working closely with our delivery teams to ensure strong delivery aligned with client goals.
  • Provide thought leadership to clients through market POVs and collaborate with other practices to bring new solutions to market.
  • Operate a fiscally healthy manufacturing sector, leveraging levers such as utilization, revenue, gross profit, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading large complex accounts in a consulting firm, with a focus on Manufacturing clients preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of account + delivery management experience in consulting, with advanced project delivery skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience working with Senior C-Suite Executives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work with our partner ecosystem.
