Overview

The Vice President of Belonging at Novant Health will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to the organization's mission and vision. This role will provide strategic leadership for the Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and work in close collaboration with the Health Equity team to integrate inclusive principles into all aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to foster a culture of belonging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive principles into all aspects of the organization
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Work with the Health Equity team to address social determinants of health and promote health equity
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization
  • 2 years of healthcare experience preferred
