We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc. in [Location]. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate their smooth transition into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Support performance management processes through coaching managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Supports processing of semi-monthly payroll.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes eligibility to participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), group medical insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k) retirement savings program, paid time off, nine paid holidays per year, bonus program, employee assistance program, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and professional development funds.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. You should also have knowledge of employment laws and regulations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
