Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Oakland and San Francisco. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Maintain accurate staffing matrices and update I-9s as required
  • Administer benefits, workers' compensation, and other HR-related tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred)
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and UKG software
Salary and Benefits:

$30.00-$32.00 hourly, DOE/DOQ; at 37.5 hours per week. Additional weekly hours may be required.
