Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize strategies that take our organization to the next stage programmatically and with respect to equity, ensuring access to resources for people of color and other marginalized populations.
  • Build and nurture a collaborative relationship with broad stakeholder groups, including board, staff, consumers, families, communities, and private and public partners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives while taking care of business on a day-to-day basis, ensuring strong leadership and management execution to build infrastructure, increase efficiencies, and identify funding opportunities.
  • Develop innovative solutions to rapidly changing individual and community needs and address unmet behavioral health and human service needs.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a Human Services discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Health Care Management).
  • Track record of effective leadership in local, regional, and/or national scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization and its staff.
  • Strong business sense within the community health and human services context, with the ability to balance clinical and financial goals.
  • Politically savvy and excellent communicator with a philosophy of shared leadership and collaboration.
